These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, content, training materials, and services provided by Rio Akere FBA Mentorship (“RFM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our services. You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce proprietary materials, share login credentials, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or use our materials to create competing mentorship programs.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content provided is for educational and informational purposes only. RFM does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice.

3. Results & Income Representations

RFM provides structured mentorship and strategic guidance. We do not promise or represent specific income, revenue, profit levels, account approvals, or business outcomes.

4. Third-Party Referrals & Relationships

RFM may recommend independent third-party providers including PPC agencies, sourcing agents, branding agencies, logistics providers, or business formation providers. You are under no obligation to use them.

Any agreement with a third-party provider is solely between you and that provider. RFM does not supervise, control, or guarantee third-party services and is not responsible for their actions or performance.

RFM may receive referral compensation from certain third-party providers.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content and training materials are owned exclusively by RFM.

6. Payment & Programs

Paid programs are governed by a separate Mentorship Agreement.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFM shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & International Users

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
